Booking Instructions

1. On the calendar, click the days to highlight them.
2. Fill out the rest of the form and submit.
3. We will contact you regarding the booking and ask for a 35% deposit.
4. The deposit will be paid through Bank transfer.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

1. When we receive the completed Booking Form we will send you a Biraud Bas Deposit Invoice. This comprises of 35% of the rental fee. When payment has cleared your booking will be shown as Booked.
2. Seven weeks prior to your “arrival date” we will send you a Biraud Bas Balance Invoice for the balance, security deposit and any extras required. This must be paid within seven weeks of your arrival date
3. If, when booking, there are less than 49 days before you are due to arrive the payment is due in full. An invoice will be sent to show this.
4. Payment can be paid directly into our English bank account. Details are shown on the invoices.
